When I was a kid my uncle used to take me to where he worked . They made large one offs for a dam wall & its infrastructure a few miles away. Some of the engineering was breathtaking even for a 9 tear old.

0:43 I'm not sure if it is necessary, but usually you put a keyway-slot between bolt holes and not right next to one. That inner corner close to the hole is prone to crack.

Резьбонакаткой никого не удивишь, ее еще в конце 30-х годов немецкая фирма Pee-Wee разработала. У меня в гараже на токарном станке резьбонакатная самооткрывающаяся готовка ВНГН-2 Московского завода "Фрезер", я ей резьбы м5 по 300шт в месяц катаю. А вообще тем кто не работал на заводах все удивительно, у нас на заводе много оборудования, от уникальных станков 30-х годов до современных ЧПУ обрабатывающих центров из Германии и Японии.

Ппц вы чайники, это ж кривой автоматический перевод с какого-то азиатского языка. Неужели блэт не видно, что там пара десятков совершенно разных предприятий из разных стран. Просто чел собрал нарезку из разных видео, проще говоря, стырил. Ну и лошары, сцуко до слез, никого не смутило, что там нарезка бекона на пищевой фабрике есть в одном месте. :)))))

Industry started off primitive and then those machines are used to make slightly better ones then so on and so on, and bit like evolution the newer ones make the other ones redundant and then eventually extinct.

Пару вещей для увидел интересных: измерительная машина, которой мужик вначале шестерню обмерял, и нарезка фрезой типа торцовой круглых зубьев на ЧПУ станке, не знал что так можно.
