Why? How do they present her? I personally like that she is the more confident one and Hunter is the shy/awkward one in the relationship.

Don't forget that even Amity was making an abomination to try and stop Hunter but in the end it was Willow who stopped from jumping in and defeated Grom.

I saw another comic with an alternate version of this one, where Hunter appears behind Willow with tears on his face because he thought her nightmare was him. That she was afraid of him. because due the distance from the stage to the arena, they heard nothing so Hunter assumed she was afraid of him.
