That circle thing for her elemental skill is actually there to apply hydro to turn blooms into i think it was bountiful blooms Because I believe if nilou isnt applying hydro blooms will stay normal So if you have like barbara and nilou on the same team, and you’re not using nilous circle thing blooms wont become bountiful blooms

Ain't no way I was gonna miss Nilou lol, been saving all my primos since Yelan and Nilou's the perfect time to make it rain. I've been rolling Bloom team ever since Sumeru dropped, my level 90 Barbara, Dendro MC, and Collei have been patiently awaiting Nilou's arrival. Oh, I also use Nilou with Sac sword. It lets her use both versions of her E at the same time so you get both consistent Hydro application and Hydro damage.
