Might get a lot of hate for this but I love them together. Carter is broken which a lot of people don’t see. He was abused mentally and physically by his father, by Declan and even Gareth…. Yes what he has done is unforgivable but he needs help and I hope Jp can help him and he gets redemption

Carter's little breaths 😢 that man is afraid of living his life and finally being the man he wants to be. I believe he genuinely loves John Paul, with all his heart actually. He is too afraid of stepping out and living his life after his abuse. I hope you lot redeem him because he could be a real asset to other gay people in the community of Hollyoaks. Plus, David is an amazing actor and you'd be foolish to let that one go

@@ChelseyLinden they haven't axed him yet as far as I know. I think they'll admit him into a phsyc or out him in therapy, find out the root cause of his behaviour whether that's his father or otherwise and treat him accordingly. At this point though, he's serving life for what he's done so... I'm not sure there is any chance for redemption and I'm thinking about just giving up hope

Oh my OA “I know you still have feelings for me” yes I know Carter still has feelings for John Paul deep down but what is he thinking about taking off to America 🇺🇸? He should know that his Daughter Freya isn’t gonna be up to this and she should probably know that something’s wrong with her Father and when he comes out saying he’s homophobic she’s definitely going to be disappointed in him. I really feel bad for Carter I know he’s a victim in this I am hoping he’ll break free from Declan and he’ll get together with John Paul and I also hope Lucas will be okay when he ends up in the hospital and gets together with Dillon. 😢

Nothing about the characters being shown here gives the impression they would ever engage in such bizarre behaviour in what is a typical middle class school in the UK. It make NO sense.
