you can make them pretty cheap with some rope, a dowel and some cheap 5 to 10 pound plates

@@dwat3128 same in Austria but it's a multi machine, you can also do pronation und supranation curls. Did them 2 days ago and my forearms are still sore

The young fella at the end of the video is Jaakko Kailajärvi, he held 2 weightlifting world records. Nowadays he's a physical strength coach for a top ice hockey team in Finland. He's alive and well.

Yeah old film had separate tales for audio and video. Seems they had to dub over it in the weirdest way possible since no audio was recorded hahaha

bro, you can just use one end of an olympic bar, bring some rope from home and tie a weight to it, the ends of the bar are fixed to a bearing so will roll freely in either direction,

You can do it yourself or you can take an empty barbell, tie a rope to the end and put some iron discs.

Lifting weight have no age limit, you have to exercise to live healthy life for longer living, Arnold and Sylvester almost 80 and they still lifting weight and that why they still stay in shape and fit. Hope you keep exercise 👍

Started working out in November when I was almost 24. Kind of sad that I didn't start working out earlier. I was always relatively fit, never was fat but had little muscle. I guess it's better late than never. I know that, in the future, I'll be pleased that I started - that's the important thing.

Mate before you know it youll be 40, a fit strong 40 and have been working out for 16 years. Youll see results way befor then like, but thats not to late loads of life left
