I got my first Rank 30 on Dueling Beatles with Hank due to the fact that he counters every single mutation with this. And it is more consistent. Tick was the one brawler I had to watch out for due to the super knocking me back (Last Hurrah, Shield, Well Oiled, Thicc Head was so annoying). My only saving grace was that Hank could one shot the Thicc Heads if the Tick timed it wrong, which they normally did.

Tiers just feels so wrong, and it can get confused with the Brawl Pass Tiers (their reasoning for changing it to Tiers was because it could be confusing with Ranked, which it doesn't. Even with Power League, which had the same ranks, it didn't get confusing because they were worded Ranks, not numbered).

Good thing with hank is that you either tap the safe with attack giving opponents a timer, or you can charge bubbles so when opponents respawn you can damage them, force them back and charge super, all while being unpunished for basically spawn killing.
