Canned goods are convenient, and while I have them in my pantry, I tend to stick to fresh produce. My weakness is healthy canned soups from Amy’s Kitchen. Sometimes, they’re a tad bland. I spruce them up by adding MSG, extra virgin oil, clear vinegar, and spices. Some of her Indian inspired dishes are bland, but a good base. Love tunning up the golden dal with my extensive collection of Indian spices. I think canned soups are some of the most nutritious food on the planet. A lot of seniors that made it to their 90s and above swear by canned and freshly made soups.

If you are buying "healthy canned soups" WHY are you contaminating them with MSG? MSG is not a spice, at best it is a "flavor enhancer" that the FDA "considers to be generally safe". Anchovies are to considered a flavor enhancer and definitely safer than MSG.

You must consider the time of the release. In this case, roughly around 5:00 PM, EST. Not everyone is online, 24/7. Give people more time, come back in a few hours.
