Pastor JJ… Thank you for your spiritual leadership and Spirit led messages. Amen.🙏🏽 Praise the Lord because boy do I have a testimony based on these past three sermons on putting God in his rightful order in our life, first fruits, and tithing from a heart posture of love and thanksgiving. 💜 So, I finally took the plunge and signed up to give my FULL 10% tithe monthly last Saturday. And Yes, I felt the Holy Spirit convicted me that’s it’s time. 🙏🏽😅💜 It was A-LOT of money and I’ve never done anything like that before so it was a little bit scary after “running the numbers” lol. Instead of allowing the enemy to talk me out of tithing, I remembered how faithful God has been over the years to me. He never gave me half or partial of anything…. Amen! 🙏🏽💜🙏🏽 So, I stepped out on FAITH and honored the Lord with my first fruits. Hallelujah! I have no regrets!🙌🏽💜🙏🏽 Let me tell you Pastor JJ and Journey Church Fam, not even 24 hours later, someone offered me a gift to pay for my daddy’s funeral which would have been the equivalent of my entire amount of my total 10% tithe FOR THE WHOLE YEAR. 🙌🏽💜🙌🏽 I was so blown away and I said I couldn’t accept such a generous gift and said I would really only be comfortable accepting half. God being the incredible father and provider that he is made sure that he sent three other people my way to bless my family with the other half of the funeral costs! Long story short, in less than a week several random friends and family members not only paid for the entire funeral, but also superseded my annual 10% by $1,700! Praise the Lord! 🙌🏽💜😭 I can’t make this up. God shows up and he shows out! Like FOR REAL!! He literally opened up the storehouse of Heaven and showered it on me and my family. I feel like it was a direct result of my obedience to honor him with my first fruits. 🙌🏽 I pray this testimony, blesses someone and encourages them to trust the Lord fearlessly and honor Him with their first 10% as well! Just watch what He will do with that unwavering faith you bless Him with! 🙌🏽 We can’t out bless God! Hallelujah! Trust Him with it all- including your finances and be prepared for the overflow! 🙏🏽💜🥰😭❤️🙌🏽🙏🏽

Tithe to the church, church is the hospital for the broken tho you often don’t see the "broken” addicts or homeless people or orphan children getting help from churches. When it says tithe it means for the church thats taking care of the community and I’m glad to hear they actually help the broken thats what we should each do when we see someone down bad on there luck or made the wrong choices maybe they never had just a word of advice maybe you don’t have to stop an give them money maybe a word of advice or maybe that snack you were going to eat. I like pastor jj hope to see him an speak to him again
