Smoked Street Corn Dip:
Cream Cheese
2 Cans of corn drained
Pepper Jack Cheese
Cilantro diced
Sour Cream
Tajin Seasoning
Smoke at 225 for 2 hours, stir half way
When done add more Tajin to top and crumble Cotija cheese

I have made all these for years. If you don’t have a smoker, you can add a tiny bit of liquid smoke and bake in your 225 oven for at least 45 minutes. All big hits at events and parties. But I am just here for Jessica’s laughter!!! ❤️

So I'm famous for my corn dip and it's super simple and so good! In a crockpot add 3 packages of cream cheese, 3 cans of corn drained, 1 stick butter and jalephenos to your taste....it's always a hit at parties! Serve with tositos scoops....and enjoy! 😊

Can I just say that I love your laugh! It is so full of joy. ❤️ That taco dip is so good. I put down a base of refried beans in mine but I'm going to now try it with cream cheese along with the sour cream. Yum! I also love green or sweet onion in it, but I put that on the side for those that don't like onion. ❤️ Who doesn't love bacon in dip and the street corn dip looks amazing. Can't wait to try them. Love all the laughter and great ideas!

I have made this taco dip several times. I like to mix a small can of green chilies into the ‘concoction’ … and never.. never… omit the jalapeños! With a little avocado on top ! Mmmm… gonna go and make it now!! Love it!!

I make a 7 layer dip…bottom layer - 1 can refried bean, next layer - 16 Oz sour cream with 1 packet taco seasoning mixed in it, next layer softened cream cheese with 1 jar salsa stirred into it, next layer - shredded cheese, next layer - chopped up tomato (scattered), next layer - green onions (scatter), then 1 tiny can black olives (scattered)…you could add sliced jalapeños too! It is DELICIOUS!!! I feel for tomatoes like you feel for onions…NO WAY!!!!

Taco dip is great! It differs from 7-Layer Dip, in that the first layer would be seasoned refried beans. We mix an envelope of taco seasoning with the beans... game changer! Thanks for another great video.🙂

I used to have a delicious recipe for the "7-layer Dip." It had Spicy Refried Beans as the base, the sour cream was mixed with taco seasoning, and the top layers were homemade guacamole and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Of course, it had a layer of diced tomatoes and a layer of sliced olives. Served with tortilla chips. This dip is always a big hit!

They all look yummy. I made Benedictine dip for our Kentucky Derby party...if you like cucumber, and you have never tried Benedictine (it is a Kentucky thing), you must try it! So yummy with raw veggies, or make little tea sandwiches or even just serve with crackers.

For the taco dip in a glass dish ..its the saying... you eat with your eyes first! I agree! I would add the layer of refried beans to it for creaminess. Although I do love cold dips... baked dips are my favorite . Hot crab dip, artichoke parmesan, sun dried tomato and pesto and garlic... yummmmmmm

These dips look amazing Jessica!😍 I could picture the different occasions where I would have each one! 😘 Some of the dips could serve as a meal, especially with the right chip! And having grilled shrimp tacos with the last one would be perfect! 😚 I love how you brought us there great dips to try, they're perfect for the upcoming warm weather! ☺️ I started missing the olive cheese spread so one day I created my own version! I put softened cream cheese in the food processor and added grated cheese. Then I added green olives and a little liquid from the olives. I was amazed how it turned out, it tasted so good! Great on a cracker or even a chip! You can even add some sour cream to make it even creamery! 😊 Keep bringing these great recipes that we can use all summer! You introduce us to wonderful treats from your kitchen and make us so hungry! 🤤 Wish I was with you sampling these incredible dips! 🤗 Thanks for sharing more great recipes! 🥰

Try that hashbrown casserole with the seasoned hashbrowns that have peppers in them. So good. Also stir in two eggs to your mixture and it will be less loose

I don't like the juice that collects in 7 layer etc either. If you don't want to chop the tomatoes and don't want the juice, you can get chunky salsa and let it drain in a strainer for a while. You you get all the flavor without the juice.

All these dips look delicious! Pampered chef has a taco dip called Touchdown Taco dip. Consists of refried beans on the bottom, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, olives, cheese etc. Yours I would eat!

Hey Bunkies, just wanted to say that your relationship with your mom, reminds me of mine and my mom. When we get together we are always laughing and cuttin up). I wanted to add...that 1st dip you made would be good with pita chips. And pioneer woman had a corn dip out a few years ago that is close to what ya'll made. Great watching you guys as always.
