Keep in mind, these aren't music videos like we get today, they were performing for a tv show like Ed Sullivan and other shows. No gimmicks back then, you needed to be able to sing and hold a note. People playing instruments were musicians, nothing was faked or computer generated, just raw talent.

When people who could write wrote for people who could sing... 4:43 " We had..." perfectly synchronised and on point with both note and tone.

Great reaction! It's so cute how you reacted to this. The 60's and 70's was the era for Love Songs, and sadly that seems to be missing these days. ✌️😎

First your reaction was great you seem to love music.This song was played more times than any other song in American Radio history.No other song has surpassed it. This was musicyou cried to loved to and just enjoyed and dance to. Bobby Hatfield was the tenor voice and Bill Melody was the baritone voice they shouldn't have blended together but they did and it was pure magic. They were also known as The Blue Eyed Soul Bros. They sang with heart and soul.

To me, after enjoying your Unchained Melody reaction, it was a no-brainer you would love this song . The duos blend of silky smooth, with deep grit, is a powerful combination. It looks like (from here anyway) they connected with you dear. I give you my word,, 'Soul And Inspiration' will 100% NOT disappoint you. This is a wonderful video Gracie. Thanks for sharing, RNB

NWould like to see your reactions to more Elvis. The 1068 special thru the early 70s are some of his best.

Beautiful reaction! If you liked this one, please react to Soul and Inspiration. It was written by the same writers as a follow-up to the success of this song, features both "brothers", and peaked at #1 for three straight weeks in the US in 1966. Their harmonies together are fantastic.

This was the most requested, most played song on radio and TV, in the 20th century. Not by my saying it, but by the BMI statistics. "I Want To Make Love To You" is Bill killing a song, Bobby's "Summertime" will change your brain.

Lovely reaction, it’s a shame that so much modern music is about sex and not as much about romance and love
@GracieReacts3 жыл бұрын
Exactly 🤦🏻♀️ The words in this music are from the ❤️ But now they just mix words sexually
