Grease as a lubricant for the valve train and some oil in the crank sump??!! No oil pump??!!! How long can this possibly run before parts wear out ?

Bastante, creo que el motor de arranque (un motor eléctrico disfrazado) mueve el cigüeñal, no hay combustión en los cilindros, ni temperatura,, el tanque, bujías y demás es pura decoración

@@dividingrain1907 Directly from the Toyon web site -"f the engine has been used for a total of 60-80 hours, you should consider asking the merchant or an experienced veteran to check whether your engine is running normally, check the engine connecting rods, and whether the front and rear bearings are worn. In order to avoid serious engine failures and irreparable damage. "

@@stephenm103 ofc the engine is not supposed to run as much as a real engine, addind a oil pump and the other stuff would increase the price to produce and tve price to buy it. And most peopne Will probably not run it for that long so it would just make more sense to not have an oil pump and just mix oil in the fuel and put grease in the valvetrain

This is an ohc ohv engine not a flat head engine. The latter has the camshaft and valves in the engine block. A very nice motor, though.

ohc and ohv are completely different things. OHC is when the camshaft is above the cylinder. OHV is when the camshaft is next to or under the cylinder. so this is an OHC engine

@Zeddify that is not correct. Ohv stands for over head valve. And it's a distinction between cylinder heads with valves in them and flat heads in wich the valves are in the block. Ohv has absolutely nothing to do with the location of the cam.

Sorry @edberney, ohv is by definition a pushrod Engine....ohc is stating the obvious over head cam, & one last point a MTR is a reference to electrical 😅 where as all the moving parts of this fine miniature I C.E.

Ma quanti cavalli hanno questi motori?? Ne ho visto uno che addirittura ha il turbo ma credo sia statico. In genere un 3,5 cc da competizione raggiunge i >3 cv e >50.000 rpm.
