Storyline: Meilin is a confident, dorky 13-year-old torn between staying her mother's dutiful daughter and the chaos of adolescence. Her protective, if not slightly overbearing mother, Ming, is never far from her daughter - an unfortunate reality for the teenager. And as if changes to her interests, relationships and body weren't enough, whenever she gets too excited, she "poofs" into a giant red panda.

@@kevinlockhart2000 same meaning, different words; crass dancing or ratchet dancing is basically dancing in a way that makes the dancer *look* like they're doing the sex with the air. Obviously that's not really what's going on, but people who dislike the dancing call it crass or ratchet.

Speaking as an adult, I died! This is actually very relatable as we adults remember (if we’re honest with ourselves) when we did dancing that was dorky. We prayed, at least when I was a teen, that the tape could be erased and we could burn the negatives.
