When a manager is happy and buoyant, and has a close bond with his players it seems the teams produce great things from what I've noticed. I'm a Leicester supporter but absolutely love Jurgen Klopp as i (and all us foxes fans) love Claudio Ranieri as when the players and coach have a sense of togetherneas then they produce great things, Jose Mourinho at Chelsea first time round also seemed to have that bond as did/does Sean Dyche at Burnley where he gets the best out of his squad where us footy fans feel they're over achieving based on their players (no offense intended). Jurgen Klopp is the best man manager in world football in my opinion and has been since he was managing Dortmund. I was happy for him that he won both the Champions league *AND* the premiership title as he deserves it more than any other manager in the world.
