Instructions: 3 eye coconut. Pray to whatever you want to coconut. Poke hole in one eye of the coconut. Open it. Use coconut water to wash your head. (Spiritual cleansing) Do but break empty coconut shell or break it. Throw away in the bush that no one will find. To release your blessing. Monitor your dreams.

I'm an experienced Shaman, & I like ur lectures.. another effective way of using the coconut is by holding it and praying into it, while it is still whole (unbroken), then carefully cutting it open from the top so that you don't spill the water, wash your head and face with all the water (finalizing ur prayers at this point), then share and eat coconut together with the people around you (Saraka).... you then allow the water stay on ur head until the next morning, don't wash it off before you go to bed - this way, it works powerfully, & quickly
