INGREDIENTS 🔻
• 3 medium eggs at room temperature
• pinch of salt
• 120 g sugar (1/2 cup)
• 100 ml sunflower seed oil (1/2 cup)
• a jar of banana or vanilla yogurt (125g)
• 60 ml orange juice (1/4 cup)
• Orange peel
• 15 g baking powder (1 tablespoon)
• 180 g of 00 flour (1.5 cup)
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 C° for 30 minutes.
