It depends! When you're in the Province with a higher altitude like Baguio or Bukidnon,or somewhere mountainous,... an Electric fan would be enough!!

Makes you wonder how people survived there before AC invented

People survived for generations without A/C. This is what spoiled people sound like. WAAAAA. No A/C. I’m melting.

I have it.. its free to use. But I never turn it on. I'm bad with cold but heat is easy. I'm Aeta-Am. we got no problem wth heat.

i still prefer electric fans than aircon. it's not good for your body, especially if you are a person who comes out of the house to do a lot of chores in any time of the day, to be at a very cold temperature and then going out to hot. we don't even use our aircon even if it's summer now, and i'm planning on selling it for a cheap price. if your body get used to the heat, it's more beneficial than having AC. but that's just my preference 😂

In Hawaii, it's the same. Tropical climate and muggy. But I love Hawaii. It's a good place to live also yet still in the USA. But at the same time, I know that the Lord will bless you there in the Philippines.
