I was surprised on how great the 720p footage out of the Canon EOS R looked! If you want to shoot in 120fps on the EOS R, your only option is in a 720p resolution, no autofocus and no audio. After all that, the footage STILL looked great even at a small resolution. This wont replace 1080p, 4k or any higher resolution footage, but if this is your only option, it's definitely USABLE with the right conditions!

Thanks man! I used black pro mist 1/4 and the footage was already soft because of the resolution, so i think that made it give off that film look even more🔥🔥

Any EOS R users shoot in 720p? It's definitely usable if youre looking to shoot in 120fps on this camera!

Finally a good and proper video of EOR R's 720p 120fps. I used a lot of Sonys, my company provides Sony A7III A7sIII for videos but i'm still using my own 5Dm3 for photos and i'm indeed more a Canon guy than Sony, even after all these years im still confused "should i save for better Canon camera or change to A7III now" lol.. i consider EOS R with great lenses rather than R6 with mediocore lenses, budget wise. Man, i wish Canon opened their RF mount officially for third parties.
