I use the pineapple skin and boil it in water. Its a really sweet tea. And you can put it in the fridge fo juice as well

you keep hitting the knife to counter top ceramic, damaging the knife and ceramic. use cutting board. thats the first kitchen gadget (gajex) you need to buy!
