Man, I know exactly how you felt when you saw those pieces. I'm not a mask collector, but collect rarities by a certain band and just a week or two ago, someone randomly DM'ed me on Twitter, offering to send me a couple of rare audio and video footage of this band. Not all of it was new to me, but just sifting through the folders, putting everything into order and comparing it to my own files, if necessary, was so much fun :D So yeah, every one in a blue moon, something like this happens in any hobby I guess, and it just never stops being cool af when it happens

Phenomenal score! You called it. The story, for me, is the best part about scores. That long mask could possibly be an Illusive Concepts mask. They made a few long masks like that. Owned a couple myself.

Nice haul! I had that Distortions mask when I was a kid. I don't recall the tongue being separate on mine, but I do remember "hot glue" drool around the mouth. I used to have a 1980s latex Dungeons and Dragons Warduke mask that succumbed to dry-rot a few years back. I've been trying to see if anyone else remembers or has this mask, but not seeing it anywhere. It's weird!

Been watching your channel since 2020, ended up here because of slipknot (as probably most of your audience has), and your channel got me into buckethead. The more you talked about him i was like "ok im gonna look up some pictures because he probably looks cool at least" then i went and listened to his music. Absolutely loved it. I love seeing how someone who just makes music can make a mass produced halloween thing that would otherwise be pretty much worthless into something with history or significance, even if to a niche group. Its really cool. I dunno, just something about seeing those oddballs really made me think about that lol

At the end of my work day today I had to count the number of file boxes in one of our storage rooms. There was exactly “118” boxes. I kind of collect those plastic and plastic hooded masks. That pumpkin one at the end of tote 2 was so badass.

The very first mask you pulled out is known as a Pinocchio Nixon mask. I have saw one on eBay about 3 months ago and that is what they were calling it. IDK who it is made by but that seems to be the name I have saw them under.
