It's true I agree. Nairobi has been developing since 1960s while Dar Es Salaam is just developing from 1990s. But the speed of Dar Es Salaam is so fast.

Nairobi is crowded than Dar es salaam because Nairobi is both Capital city and also business hub of Kenya, While Dar es Salaam is Not a capital city of Tanzania but only business Hub. All government offices and Employees and other businesses had Moved to Dodoma which is the New capital city of Tanzania. .

Let me tell you the fact, it's not crowded because of equal distribution of resources and development in both regions of Tanzania, no one has to must go to Dar to make it unlike Nairobi which is the hope of any Kenyan youth
