John, that pompano is some good eating!!.used to catch them in Destin Fl all the time. Of course that lapu lapu aka grouper is also very good. If im not mistaken that looked like snowy grouper she was cutting up.

Hey John I catch even fresher fish out of Lake Havasu. I brought home two beautiful Stripers last week and Josie filleted them, cut them up very nice and put them on the grill for fish tacos delicious! One lady mentioned she had Pompano, you must try it Josie swears by it, she says it's the finest frozen fish, buys it here at Seafood City in Vegas.

That yellowfin tuna is of course expensive for Philippines standards...in NYC it"s $30 or more per round. Enjoy guys, stay safe 🥰

Isn't Lapu Lapu a species of Snapper? If that correct there are only a small group under that banner Lane Snapper, Yellow Tail Snapper, Red Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, I may be missing but all are easily identifiable by their look and coloration.

I hope the fishermen not catch and sell Parrot fishes. These are very colorful aquamarine coral fish in the Philippines. I still see a lot sold in the markets. I thought DENR had designated this kind of fish endangered and should be protected, barred from being caught and sold. They are primarily dead coral eater bottom dwellers and contribute to the beautiful and pristine white beaches in the Philippine archipelago.

Also, I just noticed in that clip that Mareis was standing more behind me which makes her look shorter. In the movies shorter stars like Sylvester Stallone never stand behind a taller actor, usually he is in front during a filming. It's even stipulated in some of their contracts before filming begins.Mareis needs to stand side by side with me. For fun we'll show that in our next video. :) J&M

My, who is the Governor of that Province? He needs to work harder to provide electricity to his Province. I visited Dumaguete from the U.S. way back in 2005 & back then they already had brown outs. Its 2023 & this year is almost ending & the town folks are still experiencing brown out? For heaven's sake tell that Governor to work harder to upgrade the Province Electric Grid for crying out loud. Putragis na Governor & Mayor na yan..

@@junlab2612 , there is only one way to fix that. Bury those electric wires underground just like they did in BGC & Davao City. It looks nice without those crazy spaghetti electric wirings hanging so dangerously waiting for someone to get electrocuted. It is also for safety reasons especially during storms.
