square center table is already fine cause the chairs are already rounded... place deco on it... i, personally would maybe, layer round and flat decos to breakdown the sharp edges also not to break the view from the outside... i also recommend putting big plants in the corners for a homey feel and art pieces on the wall for a pop of color

Love how you include the kids in your decision-making and the minimalist design of your home. Please put lots of plants! Also, what a great view you have there! You can put a modern contemporary style sideboard ( something that will go with your modern contemporary look) the blank wall by the dining area and hang either a mirror or Framed Art / Painting o that same wall.

Her husband speaking age 80 - what an amazing service, to bring so many full size carpets to your home to see how they look. The best we can get in Wash. is a van will bring " squares " of carpet for you to look at. Lots of samples but nothing like your store. They are a winner.

Oh boy, good luck on that Rocio. I myself is still recuperating from our move as we sold our home here in California and moved into a 2/B 2/B apartment in preparation for our retirement in 2 years to Philippines, we downsized. I packed and unpacked them all by myself with tears in my eyes coz i was so tired but had to keep doing what needed to be done. Our dog a 4yr old german shepherd was temporarily left at a boarding place for 2 weeks and boy he was traumatized moving into an apartment and been whining looking for his backyard. You got a trio of ads on here 😊 i clicked them all for you

# 3 side comment - I'd like to know the back up power for such a big condo. The generator for a 9 story condo is pretty huge. Actually the condo has two on stand by. How many or how big are yours.? Before we sold our unit last Dec. my wife would stay there while fixing our home after the typhoon Odette tore Lapu Lapu apart. The condo had power and water which the rest of the resort did not have for several months.

Hello mom duty. Ka mahal ba sa mga carpets. I didn't know that carpets are that expensive. For me, I think the carpet you picked was the nicest one and it's the less expensive and it's 50% discount. Maybe you can also put a game table. Where you can play together like monopoly game a scrabble perhaps.

DONT GET A CIRCULAR COFFEE TABLE.Too many same geometry. Pull d tub chairs closer 2gether 2d coffee table so ur living room doesnt look like a lobby. Pop of bright color 4 art work,throw pillows & table accents. Gray palettes is great ,coz u can always change up ur accents. All gray looks too sterile.Enjoy ur Holidays.❤❤❤
