As amazing as that Shohei bat barrel auto card is, could you imagine if he had signed it in kanji. It would have looked so good with a kanji signature above the kanji on the bat.

It's Crazy Shohei Ohtani cards ... I remember when everybody thought he was a bust... And his PSA 10 cards were selling in the eBay Auctions for under $20... I think about seeing all of those cards go for next to nothing everytime I see an expensive Shohei.. Some of them are now 4 or 5 figures... I love cards I swear...

Card Collector thought his card was worth $20,000 but I *knew* that was way too high. I said the same thing about the National stamp and I bet it is actually worth much closer to $7,500 than $20,000

The NEW Chrome Ultra-Violet Inserts are absolutely beautiful! A customer of ours hit a Riley Greene one, which no clue how he (& Jazz) made that set, but it is a VERY good looking card. That MJ pull will forever go down as one of the best on the IF Top 10, regardless of value not being anywhere near the ones from the first year of the show. Love seeing all the ⚾in this week's list!

Really shocking that all of these high value supers and autos are caught on video ripped by breakers and at the national. Just can’t imagine how this keeps happening week after week. The everyday collector has no chance at cards like these, even if they have the money to buy the jumbos and the like from their LCS. Topps and Panini simply aren’t sending these big cards to places where they’ll go unseen. Sad state of affairs for the hobby, and we have people like Michael Rubin to thank for it. Social media clout rules the world.

I totally agree. I have spent soo much money buying cards. My best pulls arent even worth close to these let alone hit the best player on the best card. For us smaller collectors, we just chase case hits only, probably the furthest we can get buying product.

it's because they open 10x the product. Panini etc. aren't risking fraud lawsuits to pump people's packs.

@samueldowney316 so collectors, who dont open as much, dont get the same odds and treatment as the bigger guys. Whether lawsuits or not, everyone should get the same amount of chance at it. Lawsuits are always going to be a part of business, but picking and choosing who gets what should already be a lawsuit itself. Now we don't know forsure this is going on, but records do show that bigger streamers or whoever do hit better cards. Giving us a no chance to hit the card. Might as well put odds on it as a 0% chance.
