Needs trees,flowers,a garden space. Not so much concerned about having such a huge car space;a space for 2cars is enough. It's suffocating,this trend of tiling the entire compound.But this is a good start.keep it up

Always great to see you looking healthy and happy. The house is OK. I didn't particularly like the space under the stairs and the seeming wasted space around it. In the Legon area where it's placed and solidity not bad. Detail extended to ceiling of upper terrace is good. Professional presentation. Thx from USA. 👍🏽🦁

This one is very nice and you're correct, it's a balcony. A terrace is on the ground not elevated. You were a gentleman to not correct her.

Beautiful home for a loving family. The black staircases do complements the white background of the house, my only fault is the shape of the windows, (rectangular shapes)

It is very typical to buy furniture wardrobes. It is the same in Europe. I've been all over the world and it's common to have wardrobes that are furniture pieces. You can also have them built in custom later.

Eii 550k US dollars??? It is expensive. Only 1 over 1000 percent of Ghanaians can afford this. It is not easy making money in the country. I am a health professional and even based on my actual occupation if I were to be in a country like US I should be able to afford this in some few years. Based on my salary in Ghana the maximum amount I even qualify for a mortagage is extremely low. It is not easy at all in Ghana. I think I need a century of health professional salary in Ghana to even afford this.

She is saying terrace yet calling that space the master's suite. It is "Primary Suite". No longer master/slave relation plse, especially coming from Ghana, one of the biggest exporters of slaves...smh
