38:00 the answer to your bc problem is arbiters... bc can clump freeze them when he clumps them then send in selots for tanks then bring in dragoon after they unfreeze

BW carriers are tankier with 4 base armor, launch interceptors much faster and each interceptor does 1 instance of damage of 6 so they are less affected by armor. In this mod, BW carriers also have extra 25 shield compared to the original game (idk why, probably for balance). SC2 carriers are less tanky with only 2 base armor, launch interceptors a little slower, and their interceptor does 2 instance of damage of 5, meaning they are more affected by armor but the damage overall are still higher than BW carriers. They also come with free 4 interceptors and no need for the capacity upgrade compared to BW carriers. So BW carriers focus more on Survivability while SC2 carriers focus more on damage and convinience.

The amount of damage 2 Carriers did against a huge army of Tanks and Vultures was hilarious 😂 When in doubt, just build more Dragoons. I think they are the Marines of BW. Range 7 with upg. on the SC2 engine, but range 8 in BW. That's just sick. And still, why don't we have a range upgrade for Stalkers and/or Immortals in SC2? Great game MaNa! ❤ More please

This is great. I like that dragoon and zealot is an actually decent fighting unit. Unlike in sc2 where gateway units are trash

You look so excited by BroodWar in 2024, as I was by SC2 on day I recieved my beta key. But yeah, it seems to be like completely new RTS with this mode. I think it will be hard to balance, even clear broodwar matchups might need some adjustments because units moves so smoothly in SC2 engine, that for example makes reavers/vultures OP (in SC1 scarabs and mines were little glitched). Also groups of little units had issues in SC1 (not only because you could select max 12 at once) and dragoons - in SC1 I think they had something like minimum step lenght that they need to do while moving particular direction, so they were dancing weird sometimes and here it is not the case.

dts trigger spider mines in brood war too. btw theoretically i think mind control wrecks bcs too if you have the money. good games

I was planning to ask today if you planned on getting into the Brood War craze, and you're already making it look OP. How big is this going to get? Will this draw the professional Brood War players into Starcraft II? If so, will there be tournaments? Or am I getting too far ahead of myself?

BW terrans need to realize that the SC2 engine give them abilities to play differently than they do in BW. For example Im working on a bio build that includes firebat drops into the main and natural with stim that usually gets me 20 freaking workers at the 6:30 mark. From there I add on ghosts who can stun (free kill basically) ALL the protoss mechanical units...its freaking OP but the old school players have not caught on yet.
