Гигиена на высшем уровне. Картошку не надо мыть, можно сразу чистить. Корзина, в которую летит картошка, стоит прямо на дороге. Когда хоть что-то мыли не знает никто.

There is no need to peel the potatoes. Just wash them with the skin on and fry then eat. The skin is the healthiest part of the potato. It should always be eaten
