I started supporting Portugal in 2006, and I never looked back. The country has produced some incredible players, but Ronaldo is a man who took the game to a whole other level. He and Messi are living legends of the most popular sport in the world and it’s a true marvel watching them play.

I have always loved football, but it has always felt to me like it doesn't get the same love in America as in does in foreign nations. When I saw his foot work I was stunned. @@eatthisvr6 his crossing was AMAZING, and he was piercing entire defenses even when his all his team mates were struggling to approach the opponent cage. I folow his games since the first time I saw him at Sporting Club. His strengh was to BE able to create occasions from nothing when the games were extremely blocked and defensiva, he was always the one funding a hole to go through the Defenders. Then ar Real Madrid he became half midfielder and half forward which made him being closer to the cages and becoming a goal machine. Also the more he became a forward and the more he needed to cover distance dribbling players... that's all he changed. Watch the old Sporting games ,you Will see that the opponnents treated him harshly as if he was already the most dangerous player...but he was ONLY 16-17 years old...

To give you guys an idea of how fast Ronaldo is his top speed is about 21.1 mph. And that was registered when he was 33 years old against Spain. Tyreek Hill top speed is 21.91 mph. What's even more impressive he was recorded at 20.2 mph last year at the age of 36. He's a beast.

Ronaldo started as a dribbler on the wings and as he grew he evolved into a goal machine, the deadliest striker in the history of the game. While Messi, maybe the best dribbler in history, evolved into more of a playmaker, but also an incredible goal scorer. Both GOATS!

fun fact: I never went to soccor camps or played actual soccor until I really got into it in 2019. I always and still do watch ronaldo’s highlights and mimic what he does everyday to get better on the park field. This past may I with Played with 3 british kids from manchester using the skills ive watched from ronaldo they were impressed said “ i was very good and asking how long have I played”. It actually feels great putting alot of work and effot in if you set your goal!

Great video guys. I won't go into the Messi v Ronaldo debate. I am personally a Man U fan so that should answer that question. I will only say I feel blessed to have watched them both during their very best. As for CR7 I saw a special on him that tried to quantify his skill set. Foot speed, hand to eye coordination, etc. Pretty sure I saw him run a 4.1 or 4.2 40. That's pretty damned fast.
