One of the closest players I have ever seen to the real Ronaldo, always thought he was incredible at Lyon. He had a similar skillset to Ronaldo: explosiveness, technique, touch, skill and complete awareness of the game. The difference is Ronaldo was more clinical and superhuman at those things and Benzema was peak human.

this guy was actually a bit like brazilan r9...he sacrificed that to be a shadow striker to cr7 which made him less lethal and explosive over the years.. yet his skills and experience paid off to finally change his game and actually be the second highest madrid goal scorer
