I sent this song to my boyfriend maybe about a year ago after a long, long night of crying with him and debating whether or not to keeping fighting for our relationship. I sent this song to him and told him “just listen to this song, it’s exactly how I feel about you and this relationship and I want you to think on this, that’s all I ask. I think what we have is worth fighting for.” Next month is our 4 year anniversary :)

Moxie I’ve seen them in Austin Texas and Albuquerque NM with Cold War Kids and in Austin they were with Kings of Leon but by far Young and the Giant is my fav band and I hope you get a chance to see them ☮️

My fiance and I escaped a fire with our lives last Friday. I love music, but had listened to not a single song in several days...then this notification came up. First song I've heard since we lost everything in a total loss - Simplify. Everything simplifies. Those words have never rung truer, and we've never loved each other more after losing it all and only having each other. Y'all are my favorite band, I love your music. This song has brought us so much healing in this difficult time.

The first ever song I heard from YTG is paralysis and I became hooked! so I kept swimming and became lost in a sea of happiness. Every song I've ever listened to is just as great as the last. Than I discover they went by "THE JAKES" which was quite some years back. Its amazing that this group of guys have been rocking together as a band and close friends for so long. And actually keeping the same sound and consistently is rare to see from a band!!! And I also love so much their "in the open" covers of their music its AMAZING!:)
