The Judge certainly does but I don’t agree about Ms. Love. I personally can’t stand how she bangs on and on and onnnnn… 😴 That said, she is a very competent Prosecutor. However the Judge is highly biased and, thus, incompetent.

If you believe that the state\people has proven this guy guilty thus far, you are out of your mind. It's not about bias or non bias, it's the state/people that has the burden of proven this guy guilty, not anyone else. A lawyer is just the legal voice of the accused, they don't have to prove anything except for if the state/people proved their case.

This Judge needs to be removed. he is Bias and he is gonna have a hard time holding this case up in Appeal Court. he is allowing lots of violation. And he is speaking to these Lawyers like he is they parents and not the Judge in the case. very Bullying ish

@@Kindculturebrand yeah I figured that was a pretty unfair thing about recusal, that the judge who is being asked to recuse gets to decide. What Steele could do, I think, is do an emergency appeal to the Georgia Court of appeals.

The Judge is so disrespectful towards Shardt. He never agrees with any of his objections (unlike he does with Adams and Steele) and treats him as if he’s a child unworthy of even listening to. Plus, Judge Granville is as biased as they come!

this judge is clearly corrupt. 49/50 objections from the defense are over ruled. the state has horrible tactics as well and they alwasy get their way. this trial needs to be thrown out. If any defendents are found guilty the appeal is going to be interesting. This judge is going to lose his seat after this whole thing is said and done. If i was a taxpayer in gorgia i'd be sick at the money thats been spent to try and lock away these men. FREE JEFF

This judge should just admit it already that he is there to help the prosecution win its case. If the witness can’t be questioned by both the prosecution or the defense than it should not be entered into evidence. The judge is very condescending to the defense. The way he sighs when he says “this is the second argument” it’s disrespectful and obvious what his agenda is.
