I knew about this case at the very high levels, but had some random question about the law, and it ironically lead me to the drama that this has become. So I started trying to figure out who everyone is, because I was seriously confused, and then when I realized how far back it went. I was absolutely shocked.

Judge lied from the bench. Melnick did NOT say he would be on “leave” or that he would NOT be present or able to participate in any of the proceedings. He absolutely said none of that. That FRIDAY he said he’s got non refundable tickets and could not participate on the matter resuming in three days on the following MONDAY. That does not mean he’s gone indefinitely.

Remember when Steel asked the judge about disclosing the subject and contents of the ex-parte meeting with Copeland? Glanville told him, “I don’t have to tell you anything because you’re not privy to that information.” Judge went further to insist “who told you about the meeting.” Then held Attorney Steel in contempt and ordered him to jail. Fun fact: the state/feds have to use department issued cameras to keep up with the shutters to calculate how many pictures have been taken in the case that the defendants attorney subpoenas the state/feds evidence

I read about that he said it’s his comfort dog for his PTSP. So technically. The PTSD so bad you need the support dog. He should have never been put on this case❤
