You probably figured it out by now. Sounds like with wheel speed, so either driveshaft, transfer case or diff bearings. Can you safely put it on jackstands and run it in gear?

@18:03 cleanest transition I’ve seen on yt 😮 what a way to pay respect to your pops I lost my pops a few years ago and I’m not super big on going to his burial site but I need to pay homage to him thank you for giving us consistent content keep your head up hopefully the issue is solved and we can get more on the road content out of the sedan can’t wait for the Mexico runs

Very possible a input shaft bearing, your drill don't spin with near as much torque or speed as your crank... Swap it with the wagon transmission and still see if it makes it..process of elimination.

I have a bad bearing in my transmission didn’t get that loud but I just ended up just flushing it with some friction modifier trans fluid and the noise went away, it’s been 7 years 😂

Damn, bro... that's gottaa be damn frustrating. Almost sounds like wheel bearing in the video. Carrier bearings rotate at the same speed, might be worth a look. Taking a break might be just whatthe doctor ordered. Protect your peace. We'll be here when you come back, brother!

If it's a speed based issue, rule out the red stuff, just yank the driveshaft and re test. If you have a block off plate, pull the AWD snout off the side of the trans too... Could be sometime with either of those. I know you'll figure it out.

Sounds like a clutch issue bro.. the rattling is from the clutch is giving.. out having the same issue as well at the moment with my k24 EM1

I’m say that clutch may not look bad but it’s that clutch giving you problems static my clutch in my eg sedan I had to take out and replace the clutch soon as I had put the new one in was just a headache but keep Contant going love it🤘
