When Slater said, “The pain makes us more resilient.” I couldn’t agree more!

grabe so much insights to take note to as a 23-year-old. Hoping you would also guest Hannah Pangilinan again! She's very articulate and very knowledgeable about young adults these days. And would wanna learn from her again as well.

I can relate! As a working at home Mom and I am 26 years old I just want to stay home because home is my comfort than being around with people, I am tired spending my time and energy with people who aren't deserve my time. Your podcast and vlogs are my therapy and my "Let me spoiled myself" haha

when you hit 40, you will see the huge difference. You get tired easily, you have aches in places you did not have before. Sleep is essential. What abuse you did to your body in your younger years will start showing its ugly effects in the 40s. For women, peri menapausal stage has started. It is a whole new world.

This podcast really gives me the warmest hugs!!! As a 25 year old, I'm still discovering & exploring what will be my career path & this gives me a lot of validations that I needed to hear. I have nothing against my parents, but expectations are getting higher & higher & this really makes me pressured right now. (Ik they just want the best for you but hindi mo talaga maiwasan mafrustrate sa sarili mo because hindi mo mameet yung expectations nila sayo.) Tysm for this, skyparents!!! This really mean a lot!! 🥹🥹🥹

💯 true… Edit: love this podcast, daming realizations…. At nakaka relate ako kay Slater- I was also a late bloomer- pero I can say that I have experienced A LOT of things… but when I look back, I tend to thank THOSE “things” because I will never be like this now if I had not gone through those experiences… Love the analogy of the “birth” / “epidural” … tama talaga… kanya-kanya talaga ng Experience at yun ang mag m mold sayo sa kung sino ka na ngayon… 💪🏼💪🏼😍😍

I really love this episode skyparents! I'm currently 19 years old and close to being an adult, I am an optometry student and sometimes I feel like my course is too much/big for me because of pressuring myself that I'm not as good as other people in the same age as me that I see on social media, but this year changed me to slowly and reminding myself all the time that I have the best support system, strong mindset, and God, listening to this podcast episode reminded me to take it easy and no one is pressuring me it's just the "SOCIAL MEDIA". Thank you so much skyparents!!! (back to studying coz I am currently reviewing for finals hihi)
