Hello Traveler of Worlds!
This video is a little scary to post I wanted to talk about how your art & creativity matters more than ever. But as I started talking, I realized I tapped into a few topics that were scary to voice an opinion about and I feel a little exposed now hahaha keep in mind that I'm just sharing my thoughts and opinions. You are free to disagree and not resonate with anything I say.
I still hope you enjoy this one though. Tiny hints of spring are starting to show. It's magical! Can't wait to share the Norwegian spring and summer with you soon.
I hope you're taking care of yourself and choosing to prioritize your art and creativity. It's truly important, and so is your joy and peace within.

I just stumbled across your videos and I dont know you or your life, but what you said in this video really resonates with my soul. I'm not sure I've known anyone who so closely said out loud what I think so much every day. About the world and sadness and creativity. This is coming from a 36 year old therapist who is turning to art to not only assist healing others or just making pretty things, but my own healing and growth as well as a person. A human. Your video came at just right weird time in my life, a period of transition, and really filled my cup more of that authenticity and realness we crave, that I definitely crave, as you mentioned. So please, keep making them because you never know how your art, including your video art...will help and/or inspire someone. It did me. ❤

To hear that you resonated with things I said, things that I've personally felt so alone with for so long, is the biggest gift. The project is looking great! What a wise idea to first make a smaller. This way, you can get a better vision for how you want it to look, and you can change things without any pressure/commitment.

Hello Frederike! This was a lovely vlog, and you definitely opened up about your own experience. It was cute seeing the doggies knocked out after the walk. This was lovely and I often think the same, that we are all human and should put aside our superficial differences, and celebrate those differences that make this world a lovelier place. Creativity is a great thing. Loved watching your paintings develop. Your ideas are all great. I find often that the ideas I have just don't pan out the way I imagined, or just become so unfathomably impossible to finish. Keep up the great work!

Beautiful, stirring thoughts you've presented here, Frederike. Your closing words put tears in my eyes. I go through stretches of time where the hardship, and pain, and destruction in the world around us smothers my desire to make my art. That voice in me says "What is the point? What you're doing doesn't matter. Why is this worthwhile in a world so full of loss?" I must remember & keep your words near. Thank you SO much.

Thankyou for sharing . I am glad you had a good experience with therapy . I did not , and it cost me alot . There are good thereapist and bad ones . Its so sad we even have to go to a outsider to talk instead of a family member . Yes the world has changed .and we are loosing creativity and expression . We need it more now I think . We also need Wholesome quit things . Like your pile of tiggs that sprout buds all of a sudden and then blooms . Thankyou have a good day .

Ps yes what your observing , i sm too , i am much older than you but see hear and feel the same thing . Kindness seems rare . Politness dosnt seem to excist well . Realness , people want people pleasing , so sad . Thankyou for the thoughts .
