Can I add a big one too? Forgive. When he released hate from his heart, he notices a huge shift in his results. Forgiving is huge in order to move forward. Like he says, the energy and power he was using to hold on to resentment could be put towards achieving at the next level.

Garrain Jones was really impactful. I love what he said about being the person you want to be is a daily thing. You have to constantly renew your mind otherwise you get arrogant and get into bad habits. The end was really powerful about what he said about coming from a place of love, loving no matter what. He said it’s all a feeling and it’s true. It’s like we need likes on instagram or Facebook or a certain amount of subscribers to Validate us. No what we need is to look within ourselves and realize all we ever need is inside and that if can just grasp that feeling and belief, we can truly have impact and change a lot of lives. You stop being a slave to everything you want and really start operating from a more calm and relaxed focused loving place. And you realized what you feel about yourself and what you’re doing and YOUR GROWTH, is what truly matters not anything external. That’s when things come. I truly believe that with every ounce in my being.

It's sometimes scary to see when you have had the same epiphany as a guy like this. Just yesterday I was walking in the supermarket and saw two kids who met each other for the first time. They started playing and running around, not having a care in the world about the shoppers around them. This moment came back to me this morning. And now watching this video again! This is exactly what I did to find my happiness; I thought about what I liked as a kid and went back to that! The more I start to act like that kid I once was, so worry free, the happier I get! Together with the part about listening to your own voice instead of the voices of others, to me this makes another great episode! 🙏

Its crazy how as kids we do any and everything we want and couldn't be happier. But when we become adults, were taught to do things that don't fully resonate with us and were never fully satisfied and happy. But like he said, when we start to please or inner child we feel free. Its so tru. That explanation just helped me understand why NOW im finally feeling complete with what I'm doing in life and its because in doing all the things I loved as a child. That's crazy to me. This was another "ah ha" moment right here. Thanx tom! I was literally taking notes the whole time.💁😊🙏😍

You know we go through all of our lives with mentors, counselors and inspirational speakers telling us "WHAT" our problems are and that we need to go on this journey and that journey and that we need to find the mindset to fix them but never do we hear people like this tell us "HOW" to fix them and "How" to find the mindset. We hear people tell us all the time that we need to find the answers within ourselves but to hear this wonderful guy tell us "HOW" to find the answers within ourselves is eye-opening and absolutely mind-blowing. "Your story has just enough messiness in it to really be valuable." - Tom Bilyeu. I loved when he said that to him. There is just something so deep about those words, that they resonate with me. Thanks, Tom.

One of my favorite episodes Tom! I love Garrain's metaphors and totally agree on love serving as the highest motivator to achieve that we want. The roots from which all other things in life flow naturally. Too bad it was so short, why not 50 minutes like other ones? Much love from Rotterdam (The Netherlands)

Great share! And Tom's comment that Garrain was telling himself while in prison: "I'm free; I'm free; I'm free." Right there is mantra-power and a terrific message for me. I will mantra my way to a better experience of life. Thanks Garrain! Thanks Tom!

Tom, Your gift to the world is utterly inspiring and your passion for finding ways to connect us to the truth is remarkable. I am growing daily from the nutrition that you share and this is my first thank you. Thank you for believing and reaching out. It inspires daily action steps towards becoming. What I loved about this video in particular was the way language was at the centre of his turning point. I get so much pleasure from helping colleagues shape their language to shape their outcomes, its great to hear it working for someone else on such a grand scale! Stay legendary!

This is amazing! I am deeply astounded by this dude. For me personally, self-awareness and the humility that you know nothing and that you have to learn more are one of the best keys to true, lasting happiness. Loving no matter what is a superpower that you can have accdg. to this guy. This is a MUST WATCH for everybody and anybody who wants to change his life, get out of a vanilla life and change his mentality. I learned from this video that ANYBODY CAN have a beautiful, inspiring story to tell if they choose to change their mentality and follow what they love.

I’ve watched many many videos and read many many books on personal development, Spirituality, and peak performance but this interview stirred my soul. I know for a FACT this was sent to me through Divine Grace because I’ve recently got the download in my life and now really know to the core of my being that you don’t get what you WANT but you ONLY and ALWAYS get who you ARE. You have to become the type of person that has the life you want to live. I’m actually aware of Garrain Jones as Steph Jones. Many years ago my previous spouse worked with Jordan Sparks and I briefly saw a video of his “the little drummer boy”. I’m blown away by your transformation Garrain, you’ve touched my soul.

I watch a lot of positive thinking interviews and read obsessively, but it is interesting that a soul named Garrain Jones with the most different background from me resonates with me so harmoniously. The gap in our upbringing, conditions, and nurture is extremely wide while our souls vibrate so close. The thought process, the action, and the mission are so similar. And this tells me that we are the master of our lives; change your mindset, change your life ;) It is empowering to see and listen to both of you Garrain and Tom. Thank you very much and love to you and your audience.
