As a Luton Town fan, we got 3 regulations due to going into administration, when in League Two we got deducted 30 points at the beginning of the season! But we did win the Johnstones paint trophy that year. Bear in mind that season if it wasn’t for the -30 we would of been in the playoffs. And still to relegated. But if have to say It was the season we got Relegated from the Championship as that was a big fall from grace.

So naturally, relegation was expected, but in the most stupid of ways as Ball had heard a rumour that a draw was enough to keep us safe. And I wouldn't mind, we were playing Liverpool, who were already sorted in the league and were saving themselves for the FA Cup final, but were in the lead thanks mainly to us helping them to two goals...

In the top flight I don't know, since I started supporting Palace we've stayed up every season. Worst ever was 2009/10 when we went into administration, Neil Warnock walked out on us, we stayed up on the last day and Stern John nearly single handedly liquidated Crystal Palace Football Club right at the end of the season.

As a Liverpool fan I'd have gone with 14/15 over 2009/10 tbh. The most depressing season I've ever put down. No good in it. 6-1 Stoke, Gerrard losing his last games, Mario fucking Balotelli, League Cup/FA Cup semi final losses, out in the CL groups, then the round of 16 in the Europa. Crystal palace and Everton were worse in 1997-98, even though Everton did get more points in 98. They survived by the skin of their teeth in 1994 and 1998 but the inept performances of Leeds, Leicester and Wolves meant they were never in real danger in 2003-04 despite only 3 wins after the Christmas time win I saw v Birmingham. It was CP's worst season as they didn't win a home game until late on even though they started well.
