fun fact: there cant be a full omnilovania because there are TOO MUCH alternate versions. If they made it, it would take hours to beat

A "Megalovania AU Themes" video and an "Omniovania" are not the same thing. An Omnilovania is where you recreate all the Megalos from scratch as one song, you have to know how to make music for that. This is just downloading songs and putting them in one video. But I do have to compliment the animation on some of the sprites.
