Congrats on chasing your dream, so many of us don’t and just plug along in life. What a well spoken young lady. As for falling while backing the car up I saw a track side employee come over the wall to check a lane and having her feet come out of her stuck shoes causing her to fall and get stuck to the track. Another employee had to help her to her feet, felt so bad for her.

Dang it Clay,once again I get hit in the feels and us old guys seem to want to keep everyone together. Family is so important but what’s more important is that the kids grow and learn and then they have to follow their own paths. The dynamic may change but it’s important to keep going forward and let them know that they can always come home 🏠. Not because of failure but rather for a moment to reflect and recharge before they embark on their next journey!

I can't imagine how much work it is to put together a youtube channel. I also can't find Kaylynn's youtube channel if she has one. If she were to put out content I would follow her in a heartbeat! Follow that dream and enjoy the journey. Thank you for sharing this part of it with us.

All the best Kaylynn, always follow your dream and do the best you can. The team isn't going to be the same without you and whoever replaces you will have some big shoes to fill, especially the high heels! You had me worried when Clay asked you what was happening and I thought you were going to say you were on OnlyFans....Phew! Getting into Indy Cars will be a tough baptism to open wheel racing but F1 will be even tougher as you won't remember what continent you are on and there's barely time to get over one race before you are in another country, far from home, for 24 times a year and there's no chance of a break between! We, as fans are going to miss you as much as the team does, so remember if it all goes pear shaped, uncle Clay will be there for you.

Hands down my favorite team from driver, to crew chief and clutch girl. I for one will miss Kaylynn, I think she is wonderful. Remember it’s not goodbye, it’s until we meet again. Oh, and as a northern boy Clay, easy on the northern voice stuff! Much luck Kaylynn, we fans of this team will miss you!

This isn’t quitting Kaylynn, this is life and the journey of life. Life takes everyone of us on our own unique journey. The people you meet and learn along the way become part of your rudder, and that rudder is what helps guide you on the journey of life. Your experiences with Clay and that team will help you in the future. And who knows, someday you might find yourself back in a NHRA pit sharing some of that knowledge as now part of your rudder.

That was the hardest Clay Millican video I have ever watched. I teared up a few times watching this one. I'm sad to see her go but I understand chasing the dream and wish nothing but the best for Kaylynn and her husband. I have full confidence that she will succeed at anything she sets her mind to. Kaylynn GOOD LUCK! I've been at the ropes in St. Louis, Chicago and Memphis. I know hard everyone works. So cool to see you follow your dream. I busted my knuckles on cars for almost 50 years but never followed my dream. Never too old though to have a bucket list, going to learn to fly an airplane and go to Frank Hawley's and drive a super comp before I die. Your an inspiration.

WHEW!!! When I saw the thumbnail I was shocked! Then when I saw the "fight" I was like this isn't happening. But then as I watched the video and realized it was just a fake fight and the reason for it I was so relieved!! And while I am so sorry that Kaylynn will not be with the crew next year, I am so very happy she is finally realizing her big dream with her husband. So now I guess the big question is will the team just shift crew members or will they hire on a new member. And if they do hire on a new member I hope it's another wonderful and talented young woman.
