Thank you. As someone that is very close to making my move and thus looking at real estate, I am frequently told that Ramsey isn't as popular as other areas, despite being the 2nd largest town. I have seen comments like "coffin dodgers" and "the problem with Ramsey is everyone is from Ramsey". This I find confusing because it doesn't seem to affect the other areas like Peel, Castletown etc. I can't find any informative commentary online, perhaps because it is a small community. Is there a reason for some of this negativity or is it exaggerated?
