Any advice you take from mental health professionals should also be viewed with discernment and personal responsibility. A lot of them don't have a clue what they're talking about.

yeah, I think psychology is still in its infancy and if you look at the stats they're really not doing a great job treating mental illnesses.

I can attest…I was falsely accused of trying to hurt myself when I was younger (completely false accusation) ended up spending the week in a mental hospital. I ended up having damn near all the patients following me and listening to me to the point the doctors asked me how was I doing it and getting them to comply and listen…that’s when I realized these people lacked compassion and empathy and were just pumping people full of drugs when all they needed was someone to set a good example and listen to them and show them love. Very scary there are many many many misdiagnosis going on. I believe most mental illness is actually spiritual illness and the mental imabalances are just a by product of the spiritual imbalance.

I've been in the mental health profession and can tell you that most everyone who goes into it is doing so for their own sense of untangling issues inside of them.

This is a topic I have been working through I guess all my life. Having an Asian mother, I didnt hear the word “love”. My parents NEVER slept in the same room. So now being in my early fifties, I’m trying to figure out what the word means to me. Bc it is just a word but it’s nice to hear once in a while right?! Idk want to go out, meet someone, and not know what I’m looking for. Another journey here I go.

I absolutely resonate with this readying today. My early relationships mirrored my parent’s abusive relationship. I was a mess. Then I was very fortunate that I did find my prince in shining armor, who saved me and is 10 years older and could take care of me. He became my protector that my father never was. 100% unconditional love and still is today. Years ago I had therapy and it really helped. I love this exercise. This definitely came on time. I left an abusive relationship and came to a safehouse on the 4th of July. During a new moon and I can only forgive myself because a lot that behavior became normalize from my mother. I seen so much I had condone from seeing relationships around me. Yes a lot of marriage but a lot of unhappy, tolerance, abuse, etc for the sake of being "married". Now I'm going further into my childhood to see what else I can uncover because my babies will not go through this and this is my last time. Thank you to my Past!❤

From the parents who modeled every dysfunctional ways of loving a person to becoming convinced that I needed a prince to save me from my life - my view of love has been fucked for a very long time and I'm into my 50s trying to heal and recover from so many toxic beliefs and hangups. I am so fortunate to have an understanding therapist at last (she's approximately number 10 in this lifetime). She understands that spiritual work is crucial to my healing. I love the feeling when pieces of psychological, emotional, spiritual healing converge. Saw my spirit guides... I wanted to share... tumeric, cinnamon , nutmeg, and black pepper... with warm almond milk twice a day for 2 weeks... Shadow work has been horrific .. but doable... Staying in the rabbit hole. .. safest place... yes with journal.,. dreaming... "F" crazy... towers building s structures falling... 3 rd eye ? Rule of thumb: never rub salt scrubs in your chewed up cuticles... well unless if your sadomasochist ... Abraham Hicks course was a saving grace.... Got an interesting reply from her team I would imagine... pretty obvious by the energy I would image thought it nice and informative...beside creepy people are around... no excuse... teeter tooter down... must come up... thanks for the speech... Sober thoughts in a crazy house...there never was a fairy or a fairy God mother... , but " Poe" card? Oh man...testing 1 2 3 kind of ... ball isn't even in the court... have fun...always with warm Hugs...🌬️🕊️✨🦋🎶💌

Yup, can relate, my parents were messed up. Arguing for hours and then next thing you know they are in bed together, kind of bad 50's movie. Totally messed up. They were both messed up. It was like they were competing about love, competing with each other, manipulation and toxicity, not sure who was worse but it was disturbing and messed me up on how 'love' was supposed to look like, and for me it never worked. Their template was sooooooo wrong. I never got to know what real love was, never received it from my parents as they were to busy compete with each other and hurt each other. Proper mental BS. Not sure a mindmap would be enough, it would take all night sorting out the damage they did, and it would take me days finding my feet again, but guess it could be worth a go..Thank you for your honest approach and no nonsense channelings. x

I really shouldn't be anymore, but I am utterly gobsmacked with this message. I've been a bit out of my connection and bringing it back, so I wrote a bit last night about my concept of love, and what I've always believed and how I was surrendering it to God, and how I can't function anymore with this concept I have around this love I have spent my life looking for. When we are dying we look back and wonder why we acted like we weren't even alive, why we wasted our precious time settling in the arms of the very thing we were afraid of when we had every chance to TRY to have the things we actually wanted. Life, as your heart, are precious. You deserve to love and to be loved ❤
