I heard recently it’s better to EAT your water because then it’s already structured and your body doesn’t have to structure it. Provides more hydration according to human garage. I eat a lot of fruit 🍉 💛 for that reason. Thanks for the reminder to hydrate and why you hydrate. That helped me a lot.

Crazy how much your videos resonate with me. So glad I came across your page. I actually just had an epiphany about my clothes and went out and bought more “girly” clothes. I did cut my really long hair. I’m a Sagittarius and just did a reading for myself last night and it says my soulmate was an earth sign … so possibly a Virgo. I love drawing but have not felt like it’s good all this time. I also have contemplated for so long in letting my marriage go bc we don’t align anymore and I know it doesn’t serve me anymore and know that he will also continue to stay in his comfort zone if I stay so it’s helping neither one of us.
