At BSSM Kris shares about how most believers have no idea who they are called to be. Kris explains that We are called to be sons of God and in understanding that, we ought to behave as such. "You can always tell the size of a man by the size of the problem it takes to discourage him."

@SlayerOfThePumpkin ultimately, there comes a point where discussion and debate doesn't get you anywhere, and realistically, KZfaq can only take one so far in settling such a big issue. The fact is that Christ does love You, personally, and desires to have a relationship with you, and answer your questions. He's not afraid of skeptics.

A Tree and its Fruit …21Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ 23Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness.’…

Wow. THIS is almost TOO powerful a message. It's both encouraging, and sad. Encouraging in that it turns the spotlight on who we are. HEIRS of GOD JOINT HEIRS with Christ, given the Eys of the Kingdom, having acres to the same tools our elder Brother used and our father posesses it's exiting to contemplate... And yet so sad that in the VAST majority of churches it's taught directly and by implication that we are sinners saved by grace only....one particular denomination even verbally recites an

@SlayerOfThePumkin I've been following your comments with great interest, and one that caught my attention is were you challenged anyone to give an example of morality that ONLY a Christian can possess.in answer I'd have to say that any person whether Buddhist Moslem, or even atheist are capable of acts of morality. The Bible considers our acts of righteousness comparatively speaking, to God, as a dirty rag. Christianity is concerned with a reconciled relationship with a God man was previously

When I invited HIM into my heart HE answered. (Dead people dont respond when you talk to them right?) And HE baptized me with THE HOLY SPIRIT, so I know that HE IS indeed very alive. Of course not, GOD has only one begotten son and HIS name is YESHUA heb. Your spirit is immortal. I believe in THE GOD of Abraham Isaac and Jacob, because when I called unto HIM with faith, HE answered me and showed me great and mighty things whitch I did not know about :) HE is also GOD.

@SlayerOfThePumpkin. (Love your screen name, btw!) You state emphatically that worship of Christ does NOT help people only action helps people. I would disagree. Social outreach into the community through feeding, the hungry,clothing the naked, providing shelter for the displaced has ALWAYS been at the forefront of Christian ministry and is a direct result of obeying the command of the one who we do worship. Jesus commands us to go, and so we do and always have. Don't you realize that even at

Through out history man tried to elevate himself to the level of God. Thats exactly how satan tempted Adam to eat from the fruit of knowledge to become all powerful and knowledgable like God. The results was that Adam and his descendents, all were sentensed to death. We are give another chance for attonment by the grace of God. God provided a worthy perfect sacrifice to erase our sins; The Messiah i.e. "eraser of sin". Dont let fools makes you lose your salvation.

I agree with a lot of what you say. Although I don't think you can lose your Salvation once you are saved. I find this video confusing. Is this video to do with 'Genesis' or 'Job'? I'm trying to think of when 'sons of God' with an 's' is mentioned in The Holy Bible.

@SlayerOfThePumpkin The Bible tells me to share my faith with other people, does your atheism tell you to do the same? I would think turning people from sin as a moral and decent thing to do...do you encourage the same in other people?

@dreamhelptv It seems my posts were deleted- it speaks volumes that CENSORSHIP is what you (Or whoever reported/deleted) resort to. The truth is clearly too much of a threat to beliefs... What you state is the worship of a dead man you never met, I'm afraid to say you cannot win the friendship of a corpse. Again- Jesus did not invent morality, however good of a person he may have been; you do not need to imitate him to be moral. Worshipping him does NOT help people, only action helps people.

So he 'answered' you in your 'heart'- what you are describing is a feeling you created, not an observable reality. What about people of other religions who 'feel' and talk to their Gods? Are they all just wrong and you're right? What makes your claims more credible than theirs? Why do you think your religion is THE religion, other than the fact that you were likely raised in it, or living in a country in which it's prevalent? 'Experiencing' God is just like a placebo effect- psychological.

ATHEISM: the ability to be a good person in the purest sense, without ulterior motive. No incentive of a reward (Heaven) or blackmail (Hell), just selflessness. To be a Christian is 'to be like Christ'... but Jesus did not invent morality, no one did. You can be moral and altruistic without religion. There is nothing the Bible can teach that shouldn't come naturally to decent, loving person with a brain. Ask yourself- why are you Christian, and not of another faith? What makes YOUR God THE God?
@SlayerOfThePumpkin

@dreamhelptv The Bible is written by humans, and we have no evidence for any God- not yours, and not any of the many who came before or after. It is simply a book filled with human concepts, none of which can't be (or aren't) taught independently- and many of which are ignored by Christians today simply because they are the opposite of moral. I would rather not cherry-pick my values from some antiquated book. I challenge you to give me an example of morality that only a Christian can possess.
