Gosh this makes me so sad. I have severe back acne since i was a teenager and now im 25 and still have them. Its so damaging to my mental health and my over confidence. Sometimes it will clear up and i get so happy but then it appears again. Finding dresses with small and neck elbow length sleeves that cover them up is too difficult and anything i wear i have to be self conscious. Because i know people will talk

Jihyo 😭 They always smoosh her chest with tight garments so I’m always surprised to see her in looser ones. although it's not healthy for us but we sometimes can't help but compare ourselves to celebrities so this video it's to show that all of our features that make us insecure are completely normal cause everyone has them, even that idol u admire so much, and this somehow can make someone less insecure and appreciate their beauty more :)

Mingi 🥺❤️. Early days i always amazed by how Mingi doesn't hesitate to show his bare face and he still acknowledged he have sensitive skin and talked about working with his stylist because of the makeup products he feared it would get worse. My man found his routine and said his skin is better now. I also had acne but never really felt insecure in schooldays but when I entered my uni felt quite low and also that was the time I'm getting into Ateez. Seeing a Celeb having acne and open about it felt so good. After treatment i also figured my skin related routine. Its all good now. I still remember Mingi's predebut LA videos and pics 😁❤️.

Minho from straykids also has a nose hump! I like that despite having plastic surgery, an implant on his nose tip, they didn’t take away his beautiful nose bump. 😩 he’s got the most godliest side profiles ive ever seen. Han from straykids also has, bow legs! Its when your knees don’t touch when your feet are close to each other. We didn’t realize until we got older but all of my siblings and me have RBFs. There’s a ton of idol with scary resting faces, and its an insecurity of mine. It makes me afraid to even face people, because they always look so scared, worried or distant. Like I.N (skz) when he talked about his friends feeling scared when he didn’t smile. I love how he was able to improve (becoming more smiley) despite it. It’s encouraging that you won’t always be misunderstood. I hope i can smile like him someday and improve my rbf. I love how a lot of my favorite idols here have hip dips. I have felt insecure as a got older when I realized having nice proportioned body was desirable, my hip dips make my torso look longer and my legs shorter, but glad that some people can still slay with hipdips.

@Unfortunately Addicted because it can be the source of serious mental and physical suffering. it is also great insecurity for me, felt very young the look of men on me, or more exactly on my chest, whether from classmates or adults" because of often under large clothes and I am almost unable to go out in t-shirt for example, moreover it is always a problem to wear what love want, in short here is why it can be complex !

Ahhh the big chest is my biggest insecurity. I am a teen still i have thought about doing breast reduction surgery after i become an adult. But seeing other people embrace their big chests and people getting surgeries to make their chest bigger i feel confident about mine. 💚
