Struggling to see how paying any money for undiscovered talent is better than getting world class talent for literally nothing.

EliazGT Klopp didn’t sign Firmino, hard to believe but it’s true. Rodgers didn’t really sign him either though if we’re being honest. He didn’t want him but the transfer committee pushed for it. Rodgers’s chosen signing was Benteke.

Neves and Jota are probably both better signings than those 2. Neves cost 15.8 million and will go for 100 million minimum if and when he's ever sold. Jota cost 12 million and will go for 70 million minimum if and when he's ever sold

I would say Pep’s vest signing was Dani Alves. He was instrumental in having Messi reach his potential back when he was a promising player but was getting injured every 2 months. I would argue I have never seen anyone link up with Messi better than Alves. At one point he held the record for the most assists given to Messi. I think he still might.

Klopp is a great manager. He seem to be able improve players. He turned Salah who was above average at Roma into a world beater. Robertson into one of the best full backs in the league. There was no indication Lewandowsky was going to be world class when he signed him. He provides good coaching and knows how to spot players who will benefit from it

@Jay Anthony While he was a really good player at Roma with lots of potential, there was no indication that he was capable of scoring 44 goals in all competitions in a season and be as great as he has been. Either something Klopp did or said or the system of play or the tactics he found at Liverpool enabled him to be one of the best in the world. Whatever the case Klopp had some input
