Absolutely correct. I discovered the power of I AM through Francis Scovell Shinn and the I AM discourses and it changed my life ... and I AM living my best life ever right now. I AM healthy, content and life is easy for me. And I AM free from fear. Wayne is correct in that it takes time to get to this place, because you will backslide on occasion ... so you need to realize that and DO NOT beat yourself up over the lapses. Then one day you will notice your life is wonderful, and laugh gently at all the times you were/are in a negative place. I start out with each morning thanking my beloved universe for this day of Heaven on earth ... and make sure that I am grateful for lots of things when I go to sleep. And live a life of kindness and smiles, blessing all with Goodwill and MBOs (most benevolent outcomes). Whatever challenging things that happen (and they still happen) are easily dealt with without drama or angst ... and then easily forgotten.

😂😂 I wish this worked. Apparently only neurotypicals get this luxury, us neurodivergent/disabled people don't get anything because we don't have the physicality to be able to manage it.
