Well I notice a type of person who tends to give good advice that they won't really follow themselves, and they end up usually being their own worst critic. I think Nikki knows what she wants from a man but I think she isn't willing to tell THEM that. Although it can sound like she's full of shit but she's just trying to be honest but she exceeds in doing such.

This is how i watch most guest pods. Tbh the pandemic was awesome for this show. It was wayy better with just tim & christine. Occasionally they get a good guest but only a few times a year.

I think what she said about drinking and promiscuity was pretty sage, though. Young people get really confused trying to get relationships while being really impatient with sex and getting drunk all the time and when you make this mistake long enough you end up alone and just getting older without a bond to lean on and it's sad. Like you haven't even had practice having a relationship how it's meant to be so you can be trying and totally clueless. I feel bad for her.

Not common in some areas, yes, but normal nonetheless Like, contrary to romcom etc demanding it up be so, chemistry isn't an absolute with just those two things. With what Nikki said during that awkward moment, they're not sexually compatabile. And that kills plenty of relationships on the regular, so it makes even more sense than the fact she sounds Ace af

The Suicide bit Nikki talked about was unfortunately very relatable. I also used to think that taking meds was gonna make me hollow. A lot of people, particularly creatives, justify not getting treatment as though if your illness went away, you'd lose what made you great. If you're in a similar situation, like what Nikki talked about, please get help. I wish I'd done it in my teens, instead of in my twenties, because I honestly wasted so much of my life being depressed. Suicidal ideation, cutting, utter loss of motivation, losing interest in things you normally love, and so on. There are so many symptoms. See a psych if you have any of these and it's affecting your life, and if talking through stuff doesn't help, seek out a psychiatrist for an evaluation. Don't waste your life being depressed

Honest question; when they have a guest on that ONLY TALKS ABOUT HERSELF for hrs, is it wrong to address her being narcissistic? Nikki, relax, listen to others, enjoy the moment, talk to a therapist about yourself (and take some advice) unless you're making a bit out of it. People are listening to this to be entertained, not to think about your problems. Its terrible. She's the type dmt or shrooms could really, deeply help. Maybe not, theres no way to predict how that stuff effects different people. Idc how, but I hope she finds some stability and peace in that head of hers. Right now, it's a chaotic place.
