Nice one, if you put in a couple of Jin Jitaxias, along with High Noon, basically oppo can't do anything anymore, as his first non-creature spell gets countered.

There are a few games where that is a nice interaction, but generally you really don't want to clog your hand in Bo1 with too many 7-drops. Also, the Hullbreaker on its own is a good enough lock as long as you have ANYTHING to cast. You can bounce a spell back to the opponent's hand and that ends the opponent's turn with High Noon out.
