Me too was going through a divorce. We have two Kids together. Now I am with my twin flame. At the beginning it was hard. We Had both to learn. But in these days it is getting easier. hey x same here, wanted to ask if you know how to protect yourself, if you know good prayers and if you connect with your spirit team? I was also really scared-tbh now and then i still am, I'm working on not shutting my third eye out of fear of seeing/experiencing things, but these things I mentioned above helped me soooo much. But the most important thing is grounding-really concentrating on your root chakra when you're an easy ascender//easily tap into your third eye & crown chakra. Grounding provides safety & security within which is then projected externally, and trust me

I haven’t had or felt any connection to my spirit guides but only with in the past few days finally started asking for them to reveal themselves, connect with me. I’m even scared with that because how do I know they’re my spirit guides and not something bad. That’s a good point and makes sense about grounding when you’re an easy ascender. Thank you for the help and knowledge

@@lilbrit1811 no worries😄 Some tips: before you get into calling your guides, to protect yourself from calling the wrong beings say something along the lines of “I intend to and will only connect with beings of light, love & joy. I will only connect with beings that love me, protect me & help me serve my higher self” and say it with belief & conviction. if you need any help just lemme know! After saying that intention^ and I do get into connecting with my guides & spirit I say something like “Dear team of divine white light & my spirit guides of light”- or I address who specifically Eg. “Dear ancestors/name of ancestor/name of Angel/archangel, etc.) this addresses only beings of light in your spectrum, once you’re comfortable and confident enough then you can start opening yourself to the dark energies. This step is safest to take when you’re able to repel & block negative energy from your physical & astral body so it can’t affect you. Also if your root chakra (one about safety & security) is out of balance then it can also affect your sacral chakra-just check in on that😄 if you feel scared call on archangel michael & archangel metatron (higher & stronger version of Archangel Michael). Pray & ask for a divine white light of protection, ask Archangel michael to use his sword to “chimney sweep” & cut through all fear & illusions that make you feel unsafe🦋 it can sound really woo woo but this has helped me sooo many times. Also if you can find ethically sourced Palo Santo or Sage leaves to dry, it’ll help you clean your space so much more of negative energies😄, The smoke off these repel negative energies-it is important to let the smoke waft around your house and then open your windows so the negative or evil energies can leave and remember x the littlest grain of faith moves mountains (-not Christian per say-My beliefs are quite mixed under spirituality). If you can’t find these just use incense sticks-circling anti clockwise means to get rid of & circling clockwise means to bring in-so you can cleanse your area while doing anti clockwise to get rid of negative energy, hold the intention or pray out loud and then after cleansing your area will seek fulfilment of energy so bring in through clockwise motions-intend & focus on bringing in love, security, happiness, clarity in intuition & guidance, etc❤️ Also pls don’t beat yourself up for being scared at any time xx just be self aware. Sometimes fear is good bc it reminds you that you need to protect yourself, especially if you’re as sensitive to energy and psychic powers as your are❤️ ask away anything you need help with x
