Salam sis... my tip for dry chicken is wash the chicken first and leave it to drain in the strainer and start making your other food, if the chicken been washed and out the way for an hour then it wont release water.

My honest suggestion is to make your own cooking channel or provide detailed recipes in this channel. I have learnt a lot from you how same ingredients can be used to make new dishes (in UK) as i moved here few months back. More detailed cooking videos would be really helpful.

I have only recently started watching Da main man Desi Jatt and I come across this video and I just wanted to say don't listen to these haters. Masha allah sister you are doing a great job and keep up the great work you do need to rise up to these online keyboard warriors and may allah bless you and your family with more success insha allah.

Instead of using double cream , try cream of broccoli and Stilton tin , from Asda. It’s really delicious flavour and creaminess. I use that or cream of mushroom soup tin with chicken pies and pastries, really healthy and full of flavour.
