Social media as a career has always been a goal, but I’d pushed it off as a hobby because I was working full time. And then I got laid off in January😅and it’s scary! I recently decided to go full-time on KZfaq with only 700 subscribers. I was consistently posting videos for more than a year whilst working full-time until I burned out. Now I`m unemployed and focusing solely on KZfaq, of course with 700 subs I don`t earn a single $ 🙃 I`m putting all my trust into my niche (unconventional living) and my mission to inspire viewers to be less perfect and more authentic 🥰 I completely agree with you Bria, about community, like I said, I have only 700 subs, but a lot of them are engaged and super supportive of my channel which is so valuable and gives me all the motivation to produce quality content 😇

hey love, i checked out your channel and (please feel free to ignore my unsolicited advice but in case you’d like some feedback) - as a casual viewer, i find the thumbnails a little hard to read at a glance, and the titles are a little long. i highly highly suggest reading up more on thumbnails and titles bc most people spend like 0.01 seconds looking at them so they need to be super engaging to catch someone’s attention. improving them can make SO much difference in getting people to click and watch the video. wishing you so much luck !!

Recently I’ve been getting back into putting more effort in my editing/filming process for my KZfaq videos and I’m so much more excited during the process. I can’t wait to see where this YT journey takes me. Listening to this video has definitely given me more motivation and insight. Thanks Bri 💕 And I also agree with what you said about fashion content. However, since my channel is more focused on fashion design/sewing, I feel like that gives me a different perspective and I’ve been trying to come up with more video ideas that are engaging for my viewers ( I mostly make sewing diy tutorials and sewing vlogs and I enjoy it so much). I’m hoping I can help inspire people to learn to make their own clothes/being resourceful when it comes to fashion ☺️✨ So happy I found your channel when I did !

I’m a personal trainer so a lot of my content is fitness obviously but I feel like it’s not exciting for me anymore so I started to pivot more towards lifestyle & the response I’ve gotten from it has been amazing! Self discipline is so important because I started content creating BEFORE the wave. However I didn’t take it seriously until after the wave so now I’m stuck competing with a bunch of different people. I dnt blame anyone but myself, but if I would of took it seriously in 2019 I feel like I would be established by now

I almost have 20K subscribers but I’m stuck as far as what to do for content. I have. DIY channel but want to get out of that niche but it is very hard to do. 😢😌😁 I get better views on DIY bc obviously that’s what ppl subscribe for so when I post something out of the niche like a vlog it doesn’t do well. I expect it but it’s hard to humble myself and get just 200 views 😮😂

But I don’t have the time 😂 I know I need to make it but I think I’m scared to invest the time and fail. I am a full time single working mom to 3 kids. My time is limited and precious. If I stretch myself even thinner and don’t accomplish anything…. I can’t get that time back. But I also know in my heart I CAN make it if I put the time in and that would bring the freedom I want to leave corporate America and not have a panic attack when I have to call out sick to take care of a sick child. That was just a word vomit rant. Thinking allowed I guess you could say.

you said it clearly "scared to invest and fail", there's no such thing as failure only lessons. Can you make content a family thing where your kids help with production? Think of some out of the box ideas that maybe you havent seen and that may help get your wheels turning

I think $50 is a little much, also could make it $29.99 make it seem cheaper and then get $30 I think more people would buy + you’ll make more money than if a couple people bought the $50

I appreciate the feedback but this guide is 6 years of knowledge. There are people selling courses for $500 just to share exactly what I did. I have several other guides priced under $30 that help in other ways but don't focus on the career building aspect like this one.
